Intended as being a CD format somewhere between a single and a full album (including being sold for a price midway between the two), that is to say the running time is no less than 35 minutes, but no more than 45 minutes. It's called a 'cupdisc', apparently because the disc lasts just the time it takes to have a cup of tea with friends! This album includes 4 previously unreleased tracks, as well as two instrumental versions of older tracks which were originially songs. The style is 'ambient'.
