Released on 12" vinyl only. The first 50 copies were pressed in white vinyl (number of normal black vinyl copies unknown). First available at the 'Ground Liftaz' event on the 21st December 2001 at the 'Silver Wings' club in Berlin, Germany. Further white vinyl copies were available at the London Astoria concert on 15th February 2003 (quantity unknown). See also Freeze Framez and Serenely Confident.

Both tracks were also released on CD in March 2004 on the Ground Liftaz compilation CD 'Unpleasant Poems'.
