Studio single. Limited edition, released on the occasion of the Tempodrome concert on Berlin (Germany) on September 21st 2006. This concert officially marked 40 years of Tangerine Dream. A DVD of this concert, Live at the Tempodrom Berlin, was also released.

Contains three previously unreleased tracks composed and recorded individually by Edgar Froese, Jerome Froese and Thorsten Quaeschning, hence they are very different in style from each other. Edgar Froese's composition with the tongue-in-cheek title 'Tangines On And Running' is a layered track using warm sounds, quite similar to the compositions he provided for Blue Dawn or his more recent solo albums. The track by Jerome Froese, 'Quartermaster's Nightmare' is more complex, very rhythmical and very much in the style of his solo recording 'Neptunes'. Probably the most interesting track on this release is Thorsten Quaeschning's 'Day Shift'. It starts with weird voices, then a relaxed, somewhat stuttering rhythm is added until after a little more than two minutes the track develops into a strong, rather epic composition with big lead lines, comparable to some of his material from the album Jeanne d'Arc.

Interestingly, none of the three tracks were performed during the Berlin Tempodrome concert, but the compositions by Edgar Froese and Thorsten Quaeschning were later reused as base of two vocal compositions on the album Madcap's Flaming Duty (2007).
